actually there's two ans to it..
1st ans is...
Step 1: pour water to the max for the 5litres bottle and then pour it into the 3litres bottle.. then the 5litres bottle will left 2litres of water..
Step 2: pour away the water in the 3litres bottle and pour the 2litres of water tt is in the 5litres bottle into the 3litres bottle..
Step 3: pour water to the max for the 5litres bottle again..
Step 4: pour 1litre of water into the 3litres bottle which already contain 2litres of water..
so when u pour 1litre of water away from the 5litres bottle, u will be left with 4litres of water!!!!
2nd ans is..
Step A: pour water to the max for the 3litres bottle and then pour it into the 5litres bottle..
Step B: repeat Step A so the 3litres bottle will left 1litre of water..
Step C: pour away the 5litres of water in the 5litres bottle and then pour 1litre of water into the 5litres bottle from the 3litres bottle.
Step D: repeat Step A..
so when u pour the 3litres of water into the 5litres bottle which already contains 1litre of water, u will get 4litres of water!!!

there's 8 identical balls and a weighin machine which looks lik the pic above..
all the balls r same in shape n size..( dun care abt the colour as i juz colour it to show tt dere's one diff one for u to find out..)

among the 8 identical balls, there's one which is heavier than the rest by only 10g..
so how can u find out which is the heavier ball within 2 STEPS?
